Cory is posting something?!?!?!
Hey there everybody in blogger land. I have been meaning to hop on someday and try this blog stuff out, and so far not so bad. I am still at Comcast and am really excelling there. I just created my fifth Moment of Excellence this year (the lady behind me has been with the company five years and has two), this is when Quality Assurance monitors our call and determines if we made it a great interaction for the customer and company. Also everyone cross there fingers that I win top quarterly for the second quarter, I was in the top five in the first quarter but I want my parking spot right in the front. My supervisor has been helping search for other jobs within the company, believe it or not being on the phones and getting yelled at by some old lady who can't watch Golden Girls because the BROADCASTERS moved the time they show it and is convinced it is Comcast trying to control her life can get a little old. But if you think about it when is the last time you called your cable/satellite provider to tell them how great they are? Work on it. Golf last week was amazing!!!! My friends and I went to my absolute favorite golf course, Buffalo Run, which if you ever get a chance to play it you will habe a great time. Although I could not putt to save my life I played pretty well. I still can't believe (neither can some of my friends) that I am married and was lucky enough to find someone as great as Melissa. She has balanced my craziness so well and I really am blessed to have her in my life. We have been married for almost a year now, WOW! I blows my mind how quickly this last year has gone by. This blogging thing isn't to bad, I think I might have to make another post this year:-) I have also begun, a little slowly, my training to become a MMA fight (UFC, WEC,etc.) and things are going well so far. I am focusing on Jiu Jitsu as my base and branching out from there. It has been exciting and challenging so far. Melissa still has mixed feelings about it all but I am winning her over as I show her all the cool moves I know. I do have to say this has been a crazy/exciting/fun/new/GREAT year. I will end with a Jack Handy quote: “I bet a fun thing would be to go way back in time to where there was going to be an eclipse and tell the cave men, "If I have come to destroy you, may the sun be blotted out from the sky." Just then the eclipse would start, and they'd probably try to kill you or something, but then you could explain about the rotation of the moon and all, and everyone would get a good laugh.” Keep on keepin on, Shake n Bake
